Fjords are breathtaking geological formations, typically found in regions with glaciated landscapes like Norway, Iceland, Greenland, New Zealand, and Chile. They’re characterized by steep, towering cliffs that surround narrow, elongated bodies of water, carved out by glaciers over thousands of years. The beauty of fjords lies not only in their stunning natural landscapes but also in the unique ecosystems they support, making them popular destinations for travelers, adventurers, and nature enthusiasts alike.
